| This shop is for booking of Cycle Events Organisation events and products, provided by Trail Break and Southern Sportive. By placing an online booking though this shop, you are entering a contract for the supply of product or service by the organiser.
Bookings are final once payment has been received by Trail Break. No further information is sent out by mail for Fat Tyre Navigators, Southern Trail rides or Sunday Sportives. Information for all other events will be sent out two to three weeks before the event date.
Due to administration costs, no refunds will be given on individual event bookings of less than £20 unit value. Day events with a greater than £20 unit value will be charged a minimum £10 or 30% admin charge, whichever is greater. You may be offered a full or partial credit against a future event at the organisers discretion. Refunds or transfers will not be issued inside the period of 30 days prior to an event.
South Downs Way Lemming Trail entries carry a standard 30% non refundable deposit as part of their booking price. Hostel and bus booking prices are not included in this and are completely non refundable. Refunds cannot be issued for Lemming Trail cancellations within 30 days of the event.
Weekend Breaks carry a standard £40 non refundable deposit as part of their booking price. Refunds cannot be issued for Weekend Break cancellations within 30 days of the event.
Any transfer granted must be agreed within one week of being offered. If the value of the cancelled event exceeds the value of the replacement event, no further refund or credit balance will be issued. Once issued, a transfer is final and cannot be rolled on for a second time.
Where injury or circumstances not of Trail Breaks making cause a participant to cancel a booking, and where Trail Break are still in honour of their obligation to supply the event place booked, Trail Break reserve the right to refuse a refund or transfer. Customers are recommended to take out an annual holiday or sports insurance policy to cover losses arising from such situations.
Mountain Biking, off road cycling and road cycling are activities that may involve a risk of accident or personal injury by its nature. Entering an event via this online shop you are are agreeing to participate in an event of this nature voluntarily and at your own risk and will be expected to take responsibility for riding within your own ability. The organisers and their suppliers will take no responsibility for any accidents damage or theft however caused.
