Bookings are final once payment has been received by Trail Break. No further information is sent out by mail for Fat Tyre Navigators, Southern Trail rides or Sunday Sportives. Information for all other events will be sent out two to three weeks before the event date.

Due to administration costs, no refunds or transfers can be made for Fat Tyre Navigator, Southern Trail Rides or Sunday Sportives once an order has been placed. Refunds on other events are entirely at Trail Breaks discretion and will incur a minimum administration charge of 50% of the total order, with a minimum charge of £10 as standard. Alternatively, you may be offered a full or partial credit against a future Trail Break Event. Refunds or transfers cannot be issued inside the period of 30 days prior to an event.

Weekend Breaks carry a standard £40 non refundable deposit as part of their booking price. Refunds cannot be issued for Weekend Break cancellations within one month of the event.

Any credit issued will be valid for a period of one year and will be redeemable against only one future event. If the value of the cancelled event exceeds the value of the replacement event, no further refund or credit balance will be issued. Once issued, a credit is final and cannot be rolled on for a second time.

Where injury or circumstances not of Trail Breaks making cause a participant to cancel a booking, and where Trail Break are still in honour of their obligation to supply the event place booked, Trail Break reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit. Customers are recommended to take out an annual holiday or sports insurance policy to cover losses arising from such situations.

Mountain Biking, off road cycling and road cycling are activities that may involve a risk of accident or personal injury by its nature. Entering an event via this online shop you are are agreeing to participate in an event of this nature voluntarily and at your own risk and will be expected to take responsibility for riding within your own ability. The organisers and their suppliers will take no responsibility for any accidents damage or theft however caused.
